Linear collider physics bibliography

Part of my research activities is to investigate the physics case for a high-energy e+e- collider in the future. Currently I am co-editor with Gian Giudice on the Physics Chapter of the CLIC conceptual design report.
In this role, I am often asked for references on linear collider physics. I have made a small bibliography of recent reviews, reports and talks on linear collider physics. I will add to this list over time, and welcome emailed suggestions of what other entries would be useful.
